Toni Macnamara Robinson

TONI MACNAMARA ROBINSON '82 | Founder, Nantucket BC Alumni Club

Toni Macnamara Robinson, a graduate of Boston College’s class of 1982, co-founded the Nantucket BC Alumni Club to bring fellow Eagles together, build new friendships, and extend the Boston College spirit to the island community. Her goal is to foster meaningful connections through local events, shared experiences, and lifelong BC relationships.

Toni studied Economics & Computer Science, which provided the foundation for a career in leadership development, change management, and systems design. Over the years, she developed a patented technology platform to deliver large-scale training and development programs, and now applies many of these same principles to her work in artificial intelligence, focused on keeping human values central as technology evolves.

Originally from Weston, Massachusetts, Toni raised her children there before living in Boston and Colorado, and eventually settling full-time on Nantucket with her husband, Mark. Together, they share five married adult children and four grandchildren. Toni supports The Community Foundation and serves as president of the Brant Point Association. When she’s not working or organizing BC alumni events, she enjoys travel, skiing, golf, and attending the island’s many festivals with her husband.
